Messiah College presents the Oakes Museum of Natural History’s Curator Club and Curator Club 2

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (Sept. 8, 2015) — The Oakes Museum of Natural History’s Curator Club will hold a multifaceted science program for children grades 3-5 on Sept. 12, 26; Oct. 3, 31; and Nov. 7, 21. All activities will be held Saturday mornings from 9:15-11:30 a.m. The cost for all six activities is $75, or $15 per Saturday. The Oakes Museum’s Curator Club 2 will hold an educational science enrichment program for children in grades 6-8 on Sept. 12, Oct. 3 and Nov. 7. All activities will be held Saturday afternoons from 12:15-2:30 p.m. The cost for all three activities is $45, or $15 per Saturday.

Fulfilling part of The Oakes Museum mission, the Curator Club is a multifaceted science enrichment program for community children. The program provides scientifically-based, hands-on learning experiences for the participants, challenging them to explore and question their world.
