Messiah College theatre department presents C.S. Lewis’s classic tale, “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe”

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (Jan. 26, 2017) — The Messiah College Department of Theatre and Dance presents C.S. Lewis’s classic tale, “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe,” dramatized by Joseph Robinette and directed by Messiah’s Associate Professor of Theatre Daniel Inouye. Show times are 7 p.m. Feb. 2-4 and 9-11, and 3 p.m. on Feb. 5 and 12. The performances will be held in Miller Theatre in the Climenhaga Building. Admission is $10 for adults and $7 for students and children under 12. To purchase a ticket, either visit messiah.edu/tickets or contact the Messiah College Ticket Office at 717-691-6036. About “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe”
A dramatic retelling of C.S. Lewis’ classic tale, this play follows four children as they journey to a magical realm where they participate in a life-and-death struggle for the control of Narnia against an evil witch. It is a heroic tale of love, faith, courage and self-sacrifice that showcases the triumph of good over evil.
