The Service Trips Team

Mountain Biking!

What’s up my mountain bikers! Are you guys ready to rip it up on the trails!?!

We’re super stoked about this next trip! We’ll be riding the Allegrippis Trail System at beautiful Raystown Lake in Huntingdon County, PA (which is the best place ever, I would know). And the best part, IT’S  COMPLETELY FREE!!!

Beginners are welcome. There are a variety of trails to accommodate all skill levels and we’ll adjust to the skill level of the group. What you’ll need to bring: Wear synthetic, non-cotton clothing that fits well (nothing too loose that could get stuck in a bike chain). Good shoes, preferably sneakers with treads. Bring lots of water (trust me, you’ll need it). A small backpack to carry it all.

We may potentially be supplying a meal. I will let you know closer to time.

7 Second-Version:

Who: Any Messiah student looking to have a great time! Beginners are welcome.

WhatFREE mountain biking on the Allegrippis Trails at Raystown Lake!!!

When: Next Saturday 10/10, Meeting at Eisenhower at 8:45 AM, returning at approximately 5 PM.

Why: Because these trials are some of the best in the world. No kidding. Their site says it best…

“It’s not just hype, it’s that good.”
