Saturday, December 12 from 4:30 – 9:30 pm, please join us for Hershey Park’s Candylane Christmas! The Admissions Office will cover the cost of your ticket, and we’ll have transportation available. Come celebrate the end of the semester and the upcoming Christmas break with us as a “thank you!” for all of the work you have done this semester. Please RSVP by November 20.

Academic Calling Campaign

On November 17 – 23, you will have the opportunity to participate in the Academic Department Calling campaign. Last year, Ambassadors and Telecounselors called over 4,500 inquiries encouraging students to submit their application after the November 15 deadline. The Academic Calling Campaign is a chance for you to help us increase application numbers and share about your major and Messiah College with prospective students over the phone! Please sign-up for a time slot based on your major HERE (the spreadsheet saves automatically). Even if you can just come for 30 minutes, we would appreciate your help! Snacks will be provided.

Thanks to all of you who helped out at Saturday’s Open House! We had over 300 prospective students attend with their families. Thanks for all the overnights, tours, and friendly welcomes that you provided.

Overnight Hosts Needed

We have several more Overnight Experiences this semester, and we still need volunteers to help with hosting! Ambassadors are expected to host a minimum of two students each semester, so if you have not already fulfilled this, please sign-up for one of the remaining visits.

Volunteers Still Needed – Youth Event

Friday – Saturday, December 4-5, we need two volunteers to help out at the Truth Matters Conference in Lancaster, PA. The youth event will run from 5:30 – 9:00 pm on Friday, December 4, and from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 5. Please email ambassadors@messiah.edu if you are available to help.
