Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Winds to perform April 23

MECHANICSBURG, Pa. (February 26, 2016) — On April 23, Messiah College Department of Music showcases its Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Winds at 8 p.m. in Parmer Hall, located in the Calvin and Janet High Center for Worship and Performing Arts. This concert features Messiah College’s Wind Ensemble, conducted by Bradley Genevro, Symphonic Winds conducted by William Stowman, and guest soloist Barry Green. The general public is welcome to attend this free performance; no ticket is required. About the Soloist
Guest Artist Barry Green will be featured soloist on this concert. Barry Green is author of the books, “Inner Game of Music,” “Mastery of Music” and “Bringing Music to Life.” He will be featured performing “Anna’s Gift: The Way of Passion” for solo bass, narrator and wind ensemble.
