Summer Academy at Messiah College offers hands-on learning for motivated middle and high school students

GRANTHAM, Pa. (April 14, 2009) — Messiah College is offering motivated students who have completed grades 6-11 the opportunity to learn about archaeology, engineering design, rocketry, printmaking and may other subjects in its weeklong Summer Academy, August 3-7. Taught by Messiah faculty and local gifted support teachers, each course provides a hands-on, interactive learning experience. Students can choose one or two, 90-minute class sessions for a one-time $30 registration fee and $150 tuition fee. Class sizes are limited and the registration deadline is July 15.
