Last night we stayed up until 1 at Josh’s studio. He will spend the next few days mixing the five songs that we created, but even unmixed, the songs sound glorious (because he is a genius).

We’re now packed into my apartment and I’m about to take Morgan to a doctors appointment in Camp Hill. After that, we will “Hit The Road” to spend some time in Lancaster and Phoenixville today.

If we can get WiFi, then one of us will update you later tonight.

Again, comment here with your email or address if you want a copy of the CD when Josh finishes the mastering process.

_ much love

For those who desire a sneak preview of our trip, here it is:

The people we will be interviewing hold occupations in the careers of:

Eco-Friendly Store Ownership
Homeless Coalition Direction
Social Work

We will be staying with some Messiah students and alumni up in New England as well as with some family and family friends.

Again, this is just a very general overview. More to come, perhaps tonight when we crash at my apartment in Carlisle. The four of us (Emily, Morgan, Ian, and myself) are recording a folk album today just down the road with producer Josh Dean in Boiling Springs. He’s an amazing producer and we thought it’d be fun to whip up some recordings since we’ll be playing at some homes along the way. Email me at pw1170@messiah.edu if you would like an album when it is complete (donations only).

We leave tomorrow in the early afternoon. Here we come, New England. Be prepared: the universe may implode.
