Christmas!

Christmas is over now until next year. I had a awesome day though. I woke up at about 7:00 along with my family and by 7:30 we were going at the stockings and presents. I was given some nice clothes and other items. I have never ever given anyone a “gift list” so when I am given presents, it’s always a suprise. 21 years of gift given and I’ve never really been disappointed too many times, so I guess it turns out alright.
After opening gifts at my house, we ate Breakfast together and then had about an hour of down time to mess with our gifts and just overall relax. Then we headed off to my Grandmother’s house and spent time with my Dad’s side of the family. We eat Lunch there and watch A Christmas Story which is always playing 24 hours a day on Christmas.
After a few hours there we head to my other Grandparent’s house and spend time with my Mom’s side of the family. We eat dinner there and spend a lot of time with our Grandparents and Aunt’s, Uncles, and Cousins. We exchange some gifts and stories at the same time. I usually just listen or hang out with my Cousins.
I know it sounds like a lot of chaos and time spent with relatives, but I have a very close family and am very close with most of my relatives. I enjoy getting to see them and spend time with them.
Other than Christmas Day, I’ve been just taking things easy and slow here at home. I’m on break and doing everything I can to make it exactly that, a nice break from School and work and anything that resembles that.
So, there’s not much else to say I guess. I’ll probably jump in here to write again at least once more before I return to Messiah. Maybe around New Year’s. Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Looking forward to a new year!
