Thanksgiving

Well, Thanksgiving is almost here. Most of my fellow Messiah students are on their way home (or somewhere else nice) or getting ready to go. I will be joining them shortly, as soon as I can finish my work here and get packed to go. I won’t be going home but rather out to Pittsburgh to my girlfriend’s home. She’ll be spending Christmas with my family. It all works out.
I am excited to be getting away from Messiah for a few days. Don’t get me wrong, I love campus (I wouldn’t still be here as a senior if I didn’t like the environment and people here) but I am ready for a break from classes and work and the stress that comes with it. And to think it’ll only be about 3 or so weeks once we return that it will be Christmas break and no school to think about for 3 weeks while I am home. I’ll probably have to do a lot of job searching though. It’s a must though.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know of my absence (though I haven’t posted as regularly as I would like) and wish you all a happy Thanksgiving. May it be both relaxing and enjoyable. Take it easy, and I will see you around soon enough.
