As college students, stereotypically, we pull all night-ers once or twice a week, consume large amounts of caffeine, and sleep through class. While for some students these traits shine like the sun on a beautiful summer day, most students do not display these traits all that often. While some weeks are more busy than others, the above stereotypes are only stereotypes. While I do consume semi-large amounts of caffeine on occasion, I would suggest napping.
There is nothing better than taking an hour or two nap in the afternoon before going to work, dinner, or a night class. Napping re-energizes you, to seize the day! For me, after a bad night of sleep, or lack their of, and a busy morning, napping gets me back on track to be more productive for my work in the afternoon. While you cannot replace your sleep in the evening, a great second choice is napping in the afternoon!
