Fall Break in October is probably one of the most fun breaks that occurs during the school year.  No holidays are happening, so there isn’t a lot of traffic if you decide to go home.  But, I think the best part is that you can stay on campus for the whole thing.  You can just hang out with friends the whole time and enjoy extended visitng hours.  It’s like an extra-long weekend, so no one does homework for at least 3 days.  Fall break is a great time to hang out on campus with your friends and to enjoy the college life without having to worry about classes for a few days.
