Only a few more days until Thanksgiving break 
Thanksgiving is my favorite time of year. There is something about the feeling in the air that makes me happy. I don’t know how to describe it other than, it just feels right. Of course I love the food, but I really enjoy Thanksgiving because of the spirit it brings. Maybe I like the idea of the season between Thanksgiving and Christmas, it is like another holiday for me. Thanksgiving means that I can start listening to Christmas music again and we can begin decorating the house. It is a cheerful time, a time of tradition, and a time for family.
I am looking forward to my Thanksgiving this year. It will be the same as always… Thanksgiving lunch with my dad’s family and then north to Thanksgiving dinner with my mom’s family. We will spend the rest of the weekend up north shopping on black Friday and hunting on Monday.
Now…only if I could take away the homework I might enjoy my break a little more. This will be my last Thanksgiving feeling guilty because I have not started my homework!
