• Intern wiill interface with plant production on daily activities and work with other production and R&D associates in setting production schedules. Intern will also take part in taste panels.Other duties include working with R&D techs on day to day issues in order to develop new products and entering data results into computer system and assisting in analyzing results. Intern will assist in conducting the vendor quality survey.

• The intern will observe diabetic education classes, general nutrition counseling and the prenatal clinic. The intern will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of general nutrition and nutrition counseling principles.
