- Plan, research and write technical documentation for on-demand learning applications and course authoring tools. Work with the full documentation set, including online product reference, end-user guides, configurations guides, and customer community postings. Work closely with Marketing, Engineering and Product Management to define, organize and write the documentation. Provide input on new features and make sure documents and postings are ready for release with new products.
