Witf welcomes students to submit their statements of personal belief in essays of 500 words or less to witf.org. All submissions will be considered and selected essays will be chosen for broadcasting on the witf radio station. Alicia Watkins (’03) been writing an op-ed column for three local papers for the past three months or so. Her columns have been appearing on the New Britain Herald’s Web site at newbritainherald.com, but since the platform doesn’t support archiving, she also has a blog with her work at aliciawatkins.blogspot.com.
