Webcast: Feedback

How to submit feedback during the engineering webcast.Again this year, we are offering two methods of live feedback during the project presentations. We encourage you to use these methods to ask questions of the participants as the presentations progress! Any questions you ask, if received in time, will be relayed to the presenters at the end of the presentation.

Method 1: Submit Feedback via Weblog Comment

The first, and recommended, method of submitting feedback is to use this weblog. Throughout the day on MEB day we will be posting live information on the main page of this blog about the presentations that are in progress, as well as fielding questions and comments via the blog’s comment system. These comments will be received by us in real time - within seconds of you posting them. Thus, they are the best way to get your comments and questions to the presenters on time!

Until MEB day we will be using the blog to keep you updated of the progress of the webcast process, as well as give you information on any live tests which we will be doing ahead of time. Feel free to consult it for up-to-the-minute information.

Method 2: Submit Feedback via Email

If you are not able comfortable with posting a comment or question online for all to see, you are welcome to use our email feedback system. This system is just as reliable and more private, but it is not as fast. If we receive an email with your comment or question before the presenters are done fielding questions, we will relay your question to them. However, because email is not as reliably fast as the online system, we can’t guarantee that your comment/question will be received in time.

If we do not receive your feedback in time, we will relay your comment/question to the presenting team after the presentations so that they can answer it personally at a later time.

Note: Please don’t submit feedback as comments to this page. Instead, use the blog entries which will be available for each project on MEB day.
