In past years, I have posted a description of how our webcast event will work. Here is the updated version for this year’s webcast.

In less than 24 hours, we will start our webcast of the 2009 Engineering IPC Presentations as part of the 6th Annual Student Scholars’ Expo. For those of you who are reading this page earlier than Friday morning, I’d like to take this opportunity to give you a rundown of what will happen.

Graduating seniors are invited to join us after the Engineering IPC Presentations on Friday, May 1, for the Senior Celebration, a time of food and reflection. Family members and significant others are also invited. For all the details, visit our Senior Celebration information page. Seniors, don’t forget to RSVP to Jean McCauslin as per the email you received.

Information about the 2009 Engineering IPC Presentations Webcast is now available:

With the exception of the schedule, all the information you need to know is right here on the blog and can be reached via the “Webcast” link at the top of the page. On the day of the presentations, we will update the blog regularly so that you have up-to-the-minute information about what presentation is happening and how you can watch it live.

This year is full of changes to our year-end activities!

We are graduating our first class of students in the new Integrated Projects Curriculum, which means that this year marks the final transition from our old curriculum. With our new model comes a new presentation format: the Engineering Senior Design Presentations are now called the Engineering IPC Presentations.

The Engineering IPC Presentations will occur as part of the 6th annual Student Scholars’ Expo* on May 1, 2009. We have a wide array of projects and presentations, and we hope you will join us! If you aren’t able to come in person, we will again be webcasting the project presentations live all day on May 1. More details will be forthcoming during the next couple of weeks.
