• Christian Life Recommendation form
• $200 preregistration deposit
  • Due by May 1 for fall semester admission
  • Due by Dec. 1 for spring semester admission
  • Half of fee applied to first semester, half to second semester
  • Refunded if no space is available or if Admissions office is notified by May for fall semester and by Dec. 1 for spring semester.
