What was your favorite Lottie meal?

No doubt some of your most memorable moments as a Messiah student were shared with friends over a meal. Over the years, the selection at Lottie has certainly changed. What would the students who helped with canning and preserving in the early years think of the extensive food options now available to students?

What were some of your favorite dishes at Lottie? Have you tried to recreate any of the recipes at home?

    I will never forget the entree appetizingly identified as “Strangled Chicken.” Call me unadventurous, but I have yet to attempt the preparation of this dish myself.
